I can see why she’s made her own sort of peace with Brad and his “missing sensitivity chip” enough to be friendly when they cross paths professionally but he doesn’t deserve the grace. I sincerely hope she’s not close and that she’s privately dropping these dicks, like Depp etc.

that's a good point, and i wouldn't get involved myself but its a good tactic and i guess maybe she always bought into the spiel about angelina stealing away her man a little. she did come off as graceful in the media doing that and everyone was on brad's side anyway. she should have buried him and been like "see good riddance".

I’ve always said that was her “fuck you” back to Angelina for being part of that. Brad was orchestrating a lot of stuff but Angelina was kinda co-signing. That one W magazine spread they did when promoting Mr. and Mrs. Smith was pretty deliberate.

I kept thinking back then “ hmm if I was Angelina I wouldn’t stick with Brad cause if he’s doing this to her, what’s to say he won’t this to me if things goes south”. 🫠🫠🫠

I can understand Jennifer’s side and that she doesn’t like Angelina but I wouldn’t help if someone had DV accusations on them.

i think that's the one i remember the most. couldn't agree more with everything. i can't defend angelina for jumping on all of that with brad, but then again he is clearly great at talking and i'm sure he fed he all the "woe is me my wife just doesn't get it" usual crap and she was a newly single mom of two kids. i think she'd just adopted zahara and maddox was two. idk maybe i sound stupid but i think she was in a kind of vulnerable position and so into her family and here comes a dude who says he wants all the same things and now we have to sell the film... like i said, i want to feel for jennifer but it's been so many years, she could have seen through it all in the meantime.

Eh Angelina always wants to say she'd wouldn't be able to look at herself in the mirror if she cheated but honestly I don't buy it. Brad and Jen announced they were separating Jan 2005, divorced Oct 2005 and it was announced that Angelina was pregnant Jan 2006 and gave birth May 2006 lol. If my calculations are correct she was already 5 months pregnant with Shiloh when they announced. That was quick

The overlap is so bad ia. I haven't done the math before so thank you lol. If they didn't outright get together there was definitely something brewing all along. I can't excuse that. It was a shitty thing to do, and why I try to have sympathy for Jen because I don't know how you handle that. The only excuse I can give Angie for then staying with him and being part of that smear campaign is that I think he really played the "let me be a part of this family" card and idk, it's a little bit easier to swallow then just a dude jumping ship. Again I may be talking out of my ass and influenced by the abuse which makes me feel for Angelina a lot

The kid issue only reflects badly on Brad and Angelina cause Jennifer came out saying she couldn't conceive. She had fertility issues so all that tabloid onslaught in hindsights give her even MORE sympathy.

I hope Brad gets his one day.
