"If Israel had existed in the 1930s and 40s, Auschwitz would not have happened."

Then perhaps the world should confront its antisemitism and work to lessen and eventually erase it, NOT slaughter Palestinians for their land and access to resourcesbecause Hamas.

But by all means, continue outing yourselves as if BDS isn’t a thing, I and many others are fine with making absolutely sure we don’t support y’all ever again!

Right? Rooting out societal Antisemitism throughout Europe (and not only Germany) and making it a safe place for its Jewish survivors to remain and for future generations to never suffer the same genocide is what ought to have happened. Not perpetuating another ethnic cleansing to keep them out of sight and out of mind.

Israel’s founding has its roots in antisemitism and the reason so many non-Jewish people claim to be Zionist is also a product of antisemitism.

Western nations didn’t want Jewish refugees post-WWII and lunatic Christian’s want them to *die* so the rapture can happen.
It’s incredible how the entire WWII narrative has mutated in these countries into some heroic tale of saving a people from genocide. It ignores the fact that antisemitism was already prevalent everywhere

EXACTLY.

Not to mention the founding father of Zionism was racist and so gross about Arabs, I’ve always personally found the coinage of the term ‘Mizrahim’ to be racist too (I don’t claim to be an expert on the history of Zionism at all though)

Yep. Zionism has, and always will be, a political ideology - one that was (and has been) exploited by antisemites to their own ends. The Palestinians are just collateral damage from European (and American) antisemitism.
