- Kelly Clarkson is suing her ex-husband and former manager, Brandon Blackstock, arguing that he may owe her more than the $2.6 million he was ordered to pay her four months ago in connection with several business deals he improperly orchestrated;
- Those business deals were procured on her behalf, but without license to;
- Clarkson is seeking "full and complete accounting from Starstruck of all monies received by Starstruck, directly or indirectly, in connection with any and all contracts, employment, or engagements pertaining in any way to the personal services of [Clarkson]."
