Recently, Joanne took to twitter to accuse a person of having a fever dream for sharing the incontrovertible fact that Nazis burned books on transgender healthcare. This is a form of holocaust denial called "soft" denial or revisionism.

That's what bugs me JK was a poor, struggling writer for a while (well, relatively poor) and had an abusive spouse. And then instead of choosing kindness out of all that lived experience she's just choosing... this???

the good thing about getting destroyed by the rat race is that poor mental health weirdly makes my brain more creative - it might be a coping mechanism. so i've actually had ideas pouring out of my ears. just need to stop dismissing all my own ideas as garbage and actually get stitching!

You have to understand that every time she tweets, she believes she is Jonathan Glazer at the Oscars. She sees herself as bravely acting in defiance of public opinion to further a righteous cause. That's part of why she's so scary. She is steadfast in her belief that she is not just right, but being persecuted for doing the right thing.
