My friends live near Cork and it's such a lovely area. Far superior to Dublin imo

God that is just the cutest fucking village. I spent a day there after hiking Croagh Patrick and I was wishing I'd stayed longer by the time it was time to go.

I say this as a fan of Dublin, but 100% of the country is better than Dublin. I only moved to Portugal because Ireland won't let a dumb lil American immigrate (but I moved to the most Irish part of Portugal 😂)

I went to Dublin a couple of days. I really liked it as a tourist, but after living in a huge city all my life, I need some peace and quiet, so I love Galway and if I considered moving to a bigger city in the future, I'd go to Cork

I really hate big cities. I couldn't live in Dublin.

There are pretty areas in Co. Wicklow too. I love Dingle but now I like more a forest setting after living in the mountains.

I live in Galway and have only been in Cork for a few hours, but I found it beautiful, so I want to spend a few days there to see more of it

Cork is great.

Galway, Dingle, out in the country in Co. Wicklow near Vale of Clara, Waterford...

Dublin has become such a mess over the years. I love Trinity though.
