During their season people found a police report- I won’t go into details out of respect for DV survivors, but the cops saw visible signs of DV on his gf (at the time) and she was treated at a hospital. This all happened about 3 months before he went on the show.

At some point he posted and quickly deleted a story saying a grand jury declined to indict him - as if grand juries haven’t failed victims before. It’s never been mentioned again.

Omfg that’s horrible. I hope Alexa is safe, especially since she’s pregnant now. The way this show goes in hard for some subjects but blatantly ignores others is certainly a choice.
