Jennifer Lopez has canceled shows in seven cities on her upcoming This Is Me…Now The Tour, her first tour in five years.
According to Ticketmaster's website, shows in Nashville, New Orleans, Raleigh, Atlanta, Houston, Cleveland and Tampa were cancelled with no explanation to ticket buyers.
Ticketmaster's website says that the event organizer has canceled the event and that no action is required to obtain a refund. At this time, the reason for the canceled shows is unknown.
Her ninth and potential last studio album This Is Me...Now debuted at no. 38 (14K pure sales) on the Billboard 200 Chart and has since fallen out of the 200 chart altogether.
Update: According to EW, a “logistical issue through the promoter” is the cause for the cancelations, and the shows could potentially be rescheduled.
