Honestly suspect this is a 'pick your battles' thing with Ye and North. They both want it, so even if Kim wanted to shelter North longer, it's not worth the alienation and public escalation. Plus folks don't seem to be coming for Bey and Jay monetizing Blue from a young age, whether sampling/giving her writing credit/taking her on tour. The blueprint is there...
