I don’t know the details but it’s gross that this man would date someone Noah’s age and also gross that Noah’s own mother would date him later.

I mean obviously Dom is disgusting but it kind of breaks my heart that Noah’s mom would do this to her own daughter , unless I’m missing some huge part of the story.

Ps I love the Paul Rudd gif from Halloween 6. Unpopular opinion but H6 is one of my favs! It nails the creepy atmosphere AND, as messy as it is, I enjoy it more than 4 and 5.

It's one of my faves too! I watched it on VHS when I was 8 lol. I just really appreciate the screenwriter for trying to make sense of the nonsense 5 started, even if it didnt work out so great. But I've always loved how brutal Michael was, the atmosphere was so perfect and 90s, and having Paul's beautiful face in it definitely gives it extra stars. Not to mention, they at least tried with Michael's house whereas the previous movie chose a Victorian style and thought no one would notice.

Right! And can you imagine… how isolated and alone you’d feel if your own mother did that to you? It would make complete sense then as to how or why Noah would behave the way she did… looking for validation elsewhere and in less than healthy ways. I try hard not to project into people whose situations I do not know, and maybe I’m going across the line, but damn … if this is true, I do feel for Noah.

I can’t imagine either. I’m an only child and such a mama’s boy. I’m gay (almost 40) and grew up in the Deep South. My mom accepted me when I came out at 18. I have friends of mine around then whose parents sent them to conversion therapy or kicked them out. I was lucky.

I know this is not comparable to Tish/Noah exactly, but I know how important motherly love is, and I can’t imagine how a parent would do that to her own daughter, and how damaging that can be.

I remember at the wedding post, Noah and her brother (not Trace, but the other one) were filming an Instagram live at Walmart wearing Billy Ray shirts. I thought the drama had to do with the various kids siding with either Billy Ray or Tish. Now this comes out, and I totally understand why Noah would rather be live-streaming from Walmart.
