Sarah Bahbah, an Australian-born Palestinian and Jordanian artist, posted a video accusing Selena Gomez of copying her art for the second time (The first time was for her video "Back to You" video). Bahbah says she was taken aback when watching Gomez's music video for the first time because the style and aesthetic resemble a lot of her own artistry.

Gomez's video was shot in the same location as two of Bahbah's films, "I ___ You" and "Untangled". She also compares shots to the "Think About You" music video she wrote and directed for Kygo and Valerie Broussard. You can watch all three videos here. Bahbah compares multiple shots from the "Love On" video that resemble her previous films and photo shoots. Says she consulted with people she respects within the industry about whether or not she should speak up, but was encouraged to due to how often this happens to women of color and smaller artists in the industry.
