Yoga with Adrienne on YouTube was where I started with yoga. She has a lot of 30-day series which I found easier to follow than searching for a new video every day. If you have/get a mat and some space that's all you need! Yoga is a great place to start because you're working with bodyweight and learning how your body feels overall. I like the immediacy of it too - I don't need to travel anywhere and can do it at any time in my own space.
I would say don't dive into everything at once! Try and build one habit into your routine at a time and don't overwhelm yourself with information. From yoga you could then go to pilates classes or start in the gym twice a week or so. I had a bit of spare money and used a personal trainer in the gym for the first month I started going, just to help me get an idea of what a workout there should look like/learn the machines and help me meet personal goals. I was always an outdoor exercise person and the gym felt intimidating to me, and that really really helped. There's also lots of advice on how to use machines on tiktok/instagram.
