I've only been in London as a tourist but it's such a nice city. I have only moved from my hometown in Germany to Stuttgart, didn't really like it there so I moved back home.

It is nice! I actually moved from Germany! Are you from BW? I spent a lot of time in Mannheim, Stuttgart, Karlsruhe, Ludwigshafen etc due to clients’ businesses. The cities weren’t the best in comparison to London but the rents and proximity to great hiking like the Black Forest definitely were! Tbh it’s my only complaint about London I don’t think any city is worth this rent

No, I'm from Bavaria near the Alps :) I think what annoyed me the most about Stuttgart was how expensive the rents where (though it's not that much cheaper now in my hometown because of the Ryanair airport we have and the highway intersection) but then city wasn't that beautiful and the people were so arrogant. Like I used to spend a lot of time in Munich, too, and yes, the people there can be snobbish, too, but they're also helpful if you ask them.
