As a body language expert (🎓 at our own ONTD University) this looks like he's been recounting that time Charles expressed his concerns over Harry and Meghan's baby's skin color. Ayo clearly does that uncomfortable smile, while thinking Did this motherfucker use the n word just now? 🤔

She looks starstruck to me too. She looks animated, as does he. Ayo is the woman that could play nice with JLo after the fact, so I'm guessing she's not out here stink eyeing the king of England. I think ontd just loves her and projects onto her (honestly, I love her too lol).
