I think she just walked away/disappeared but not in a dead way like her sister. She just left, but still is around and ok and has a nice house on a lake now

I agree with this. And I think that shot of her walking toward the sun symbolized her accepting her special/psychic powers. The shot of her on the porch with Liz was more about showing Liz’s growth as a character than suggesting Navarro was really there.

I thought Liz let her kind of fake her own death and peace out. Everyone will think she just died in the storm.

It's meant to be ambiguous, Issa López said she wanted the viewers to decide for themselves. I think once she discovered her Iñupiaq name she didn't need to be "just" Evangeline Navarro any more and left to live some other kind of life.

I'll bullet point my interpretation real quick

- I think she's alive and that walking out onto the ice was just something she needed to do to gain absolute clarity and connect with whatever message the voices had for her. Danvers tells her to make sure she comes back and she does
- I also think she realized being a cop/trooper was limiting and at odds with her principles and newfound connection to her real self
- Plus someone would need to take the fall for certain things (like the leaked confession) and her disappearance makes that easier and redirects attention away from Danvers/Prior/Rose/the women who killed the researchers and got justice for Annie K
- It feels like she found peace, lives off grid and probably metes out justice when necessary like a better Batman
