It's so lovely. I wasn't close with him like some users but he was always such an intrinsic part of this community to me.

Same. I think he accidentally added me as a lj friend last year when replying to me. I only recently saw it and felt gutted. He was someone you could always count on seeing in posts. I miss seeing him around.
