Katie is an incredible mother, and was taken advantage of by a much-older, powerful man who used religion as a weapon. The way she got out was admirable.

As for Michelle, she is happily remarried and like Katie, has made a life for her daughter in NYC. In Michelle’s case, with her husband and their two kids, plus Matilda.

And both of these women have kept their kids’ business private af. They rarely talk about their kids. I think these “fatherless daughters” could do a lot worse
