Without outing myself with specifics, I have done some objectively very cool things in my life. However, I fully accept that nothing I have done or will ever do will make me feel cooler than one time when Ice-T liked something I tweeted and responded to it.

I was actually one of the first members of this page... *adjusts blanket on my lap* back in my day, people who attention-sought were at least clever in their insults. Now, apparently, anything goes? It's just so sad kids these days don't even try to hone the craft of it the way we did back when the internet screamed at you just for trying to connect... now you kids collect followers like pogs, and sleep soundly at night, with no worries that you'll be kicked out of someone's Top 8.

sigh... don't I wish... it'd have been nice to have come from a generation of home-ownership and happiness. But alas, I come from a time when we were latchkey kids who were told our only option for success was college and to "just sign here, you'll pay them back easily when your degree makes you much more money."
