Zac Efron is attached to star in the dark comedy thriller "Famous" with Jody Hill (Superbad, Eastbound and Down, The Righteous Gemstones) directing. It is said to be in the style of Nightcrawler.
Efron will star in dual roles, playing both overzealous fan Lance Dunkquist and Hollywood heartthrob James Jansen. The film is based on the acclaimed novel by New York Times bestselling author Blake Crouch.
