Anyway she seems so oblivious to the emotions and energy of everyone else in the video. Like she's on a completely different level and wanting to have fun and do goofy posing, and they're obviously not matching that in any way

Poor Julien, she clearly needed to be in a quiet corner to have her feelings without being surrounded by a bunch of cameras. I thought it was nice everyone else went out of their way to make sure she was okay.

this is truly one of the most uncomfortable things i’ve ever seen and i watched the rep concert doc on netflix. it’s really giving wanting to show a level of closeness that is not actually felt by anyone else in the room… she’s like “oh i thought you were doing a fun interview but then we found out it’s this” where “this” is like… crying? like it feels really bad to watch!

Not sure, but if it was anxiety-related, I completely understand and feel for Julien.

Lucy is a real one for shielding Julien and taking the brunt of Taylor’s obnoxiousness. I truly doubt she would have put up w/ Taylor’s stupid, “Can I put this on your head?” antics otherwise. Kind of got worried she was gonna smack one of them in the head w/ it. Taylor has such “Main Character” vibes - ugh, exhausting
