I was typing this up right now, here's Sky Sports' coverage of the issue.

Craig Slater speaks about the investigation into Christian Horner after allegations of inappropriate behaviour were made against the Red Bull team principal. pic.twitter.com/CnmSjNZfk2

Honestly I feel so badly for anyone who is not a driver or Adrian Newey that works at RBR, but this is horrible. No one should feel unsafe at their workplace, and being assaulted by the TP who has been there for almost twenty years, their first and only TP, it's very brave to speak up about it. I hope the victim has a support system in place and I hope this is resolved in a timely manner.

On the other hand, this is going to cause so much unrest over at RB/AlphaTauri. Like, if Horner leaves, who will replace him? Will Marko finally get his comeuppance as well? If Horner leaves, I very much doubt Daniel will get that second seat at all, Marko's made it very clear with his preferences and unless there's a major Max PR fuck up there's nothing for Daniel to give without Christian. Compounded with Lewis leaving, this is going to be such a crazy shakeup over there.

I saw some rumblings about Andreas Seidl but I think that’s more wishful thinking with Audi coming on the grid in 2026 however it could be beneficial for both sides

Eh part of whoever steps in is that they will have to be ready to clean house. IDK if Andreas would want that, somewhere like Audi where you can start fresh is a whole other ballgame compared to walking into a very toxic workplace with drama you didn't start and people aren't going to want to explain, just make you pick sides.

Now that I've typed this, Otmar doesn't have a job!

Very true but I meant more like an interim thing until they find someone who’s willing to stay in that shitbox that is red bull for longer and Andreas can get back in the swing of things

Omg Otmar I have notifications on for every time he posts just to see that guy comment how hard the pic goes

Vasseur must be having one field day after the other like the bald little snake is plotting

that or they give in and let Marko be TP to what end, idk.

Otmar at RBR would truly be a match made in hell, I feel like Marko would hate him so much and he would just be like :)

I just hope Fred's scheming leaves AM out of it. The old man and Lance are perfectly happy over there with Mike Krack. Mike's never bothered you, Fred!

God how is Marko still alive can’t Checo just run him over surely there must be a better option internally

The fact Otmar would just be a chill nice prince would make Marko hate him even more

I am absolutely terrified but this is already the third team principal! And if we’re talking competitive teams it’s only Mike and Zak left! After the Alpine trauma, old man is thriving and I know he’s gonna get #33 next year and I’m 5’9” so if Fred tries it I’ll step on him. Bald little Frenchman ugh

In an ideal world both would be taken out by this.

I mean I think the Bahrainian government is trying to buy more of McLaren but I don't see Zak leaving, and Mike Krack is not going anywhere anytime soon. There was a super interesting piece about him and Aston in the NY Times and it was very clear the reason we don't hear from Aston is Mike runs a tight ship and everything comes to him before they get leaked. Why Fernando was so pissed about the Fernando to RB rumors because they did not come from him and he clearly feels very protective over the vibe at AM.

Tbh I think that vision Zak has for McLaren thinking so far ahead, I rate him so highly rn. No quick fixes just long term belief

Oh my god I forgot about those RBR rumours! Because now we’ve fully transitioned to the old man to Merc era and I honestly cannot keep up. After the Alpine shitshow old man feels so “settled” at AM I really hope they keep meeting his expectations I’ll be sad if he’s sad

One of the things about putting Fernando at Merc I just don't think it's going to happen. I don't think he would mesh well with Toto and he's looking for a forever home. He gets on well with Lawrence, and Fernando has said in many interviews that Lance is the future of the team and he loves Lance (despite the haters saying otherwise) so leaving for Merc to just return to AM in a year or two, idk. Especially if AM gets their shit together and gives the two of them a good car this year. Why would he go to the unrest of Merc when they're letting him be the jester of the year over at AM and he's loving it?

No no I fully agree with you. The way the team embraced him after the Brazil podium honest to god I think it’s doing wonders for him it may even heal some of that Ferrari trauma

My only question is - is old man petty enough to go to Merc just to upset lewis? I want to think he isn’t. However I do wonder who’s gonna get the second Merc seat cause ain’t no way in hell it’s gonna be Mick

I think if he was at Alpine, yeah he would be. But I think he's way too comfortable at Aston to leave if Merc is flopping.

Albon at Merc, or Esteban but idk, I would think Albon would be better.

Yes, the AM trajectory is upwards whereas Merc… idk maybe the Lewis departure was a wake up call.

I also thought it would be Alex but now James said he’s staying for 2025!! And I genuinely think George and Ocon would take each other out

In delulu world it isn't Fernando to Merc, it's George to Aston hahhaha VB back to Mercedes. Zhou with him, chaos!

I mean, James can say all of that but Alex's team was putting out Albon to RB rumors to get Toto's attention. And if they're keeping George, they need someone George loves.

Tbh poor Valtteri is still on his healing journey and if it’s Mercedes or leaving F1 guaranteed he’s leaving F1, moving to Australia and just dedicating the rest of his life to cycling

Ik Ik but this is ~recent~ - I’m trying to paste an independent article but James basically issued a BACK OFF!!!! warning
I low key want it to be Carlos just for the drama like him and George… laaaaawd
Also because Carlos would look so Fucking good in those black overalls

Australia? He's not Australian?

James can say back off all he wants but he has to make the car go vroom vroom ... and as for Carlos going to Merc, honestly the bitch off between George and Carlos would be funny.

Yeah but the country basically adopted him! He spent the whole winter break there with Tiffany, grew the mullet, and all the comments are Australians saying he’s basically the most Australian non Australian like he’s COMMITTED

Yeah that’s why I’d love it they’re both little bitches and I’d live for the drama and passive aggression
