ugh same. I'm so bummed about that. She wouldn't have won, but I at least wanted to see her and the rest of the cast attend. The BAFTAs it is!

Oh yeah she wasn't a winner at all BUT CAN WE HAVE SOME FUN ACADEMY!! That's why I like that Barbie got in amongst the usual slog of expected nominees.

I wonder why they didn't like Saltburn AT ALL. I mean, it's not a masterpiece plot wise, but the photography and production design are really nice, and Barry and Rosamund had good performances. Idk. It's a bummer.

It's the not typical fare, it reminded me of something MTV would've produced under their film banner or a TV movie on there. So I was never expecting serious awards consideration.

Granted I thought cinematography and production design maybe~ could get a shot but I knew it was pipe dream amongst the other contenders. Rosamund is the only acting nod I saw possible.
