He seems to be doing arenas but often not the bigger ones (like in the past he'd do Crypto.com arena & Barclays. Now he's doing the Kia forum and Madison Square Garden instead) and the dates are pretty close together, so it looks like the promoter doesn't think there will be a need to add extra ones.

Also, not to be the petty bitch that I am but Justin is only scheduled for one Madison square garden show. Janet, without a new album or song, sold out TWO madison square garden shows on her last tour.
