I suppose this could be fun but I'm kinda exhausted of entertainment that's essentially about straight men lying to their wives bc apparently dialogue and honesty is an outlandish concept in straight relationships lol just the other day I watched Quiz lady and it was so genuinely FUN and such a fresh concept, those are the stories I want and I know they're out there. Execs just need to start putting money into them but they won't since most of them are the IRL lying husband concept that's been done to death.

It doesn’t even look fun to me, but I’ve never been a fan of the Farrelly brothers so that isn’t a surprise. Most of these comedies that sell themselves on shock value end up being aggressively straight dudebro fare, anyway.

Movies about men being idiots are never entertaining to me, because it fosters that societal acceptance of men basically being another child in the house and that’s okay because it’s cute and funny.
