Yes, in a year where a Justine Triet was nominated for a film about women having to defend their reality in the legal system and Lily Gladstone became the first Native American woman to be nominated for best actress, Hillary Clinton decided to commiserate with white 'feminists' across the world today that Margot Robbie and Greta Gerwig missed out on nominations. A thinly veiled metaphor for Clinton's loss against Trump (the famously liberal Academy is Trump here, I guess), she offers her condolences. I mean, they're still respectively nominated for Best Picture (as producer) and Best Adapted Screenplay, but who cares about those?
