seeing how ill she looks makes me sad about the people surrounding her.

Here I am thinking she looks better here than she has in a while. :(

I think the dress is doing a lot of the heavy lifting.

She is almost certainly surrounded by yes men who tell her that she looks fine. I would hope that her mom and Frankie would have her best interests at heart but, who knows, sometimes your family are your biggest enablers.

i guess ontd landed on being okay with speculating about people's bodies/health as long as it's veiled with faux concern?

This is such an icky comment imo, just because she's skinny doesn't make commenting on the health of her body acceptable. Yuck!

Legit anyone who doesn't see her as ill has a problem. If I went into this post and no one said anything negative (or only said positive things) when I had an ED, I'd have continued thinking what I was doing to my body was fine if not good. Sorry, I'm not gonna be silent about her killing herself.

Yeah cus some cunty comment about how an outfit "would be such a serve on a healthy body" is really fighting the power

I have a question about this that I was JUST thinking about so this post is timely

when music videos pay very obvious homage to movies etc - think Clueless in Iggy Azalea's "Fancy", or Kill Bill in "Black Widow", or "Thank U Next" - do they have to pay for the rights to do that, or does it all fall under parody/fair use? or is it a situation where they only do it if they're part of a label that's owned by the same parent company or whatever

like if I wanted to go out and recreate The Sound of Music for a pop video, could I get away with that?

I believe it's all under parody/fair use :)
