tell me about it! I had a roasted veggie and tofu salad earlier w/ a nooch and honey hot sauce dressing but it didn't hit like I thought

We have some butter lettuce, cucumbers, and stuffed olives. Sometimes I enjoy a simple nice, crisp vegetable.

How did you roast your tofu? I love roasted tofu but I like never put it on salads.

I usually make rectangles about 4x3 fingers tall to wide, make a batter, cover them in panko breadcrumbs and bake in it the oven for like 30-40 mins on 180c. v transferrable to many dishes but went a lil bit moist in my salad.
