The ones in the US were all “line your lips and eyes as dark as humanly possible and put enough gel in your hair to make it look simultaneously soaking wet and crispy before adding those sweet butterfly clips that’ll make your BFFs say, ‘girl, you are all that and a bag of chips!’” Oh god. oh lord we had that too but in the 90s. later we were all beach waves with homemade seasalt spray and body highlighters. everything was ~sunkissed, dark lips were for goths. as a goth I struggled lol.

its a thick fatty liner, what we all used for eyebrows back in the day, or real shitty liner in a pinch. it was not a natural effect let me tell you lol
