Oh that’s an age gap, 13 years

But perhaps an unpopular opinion I’m sure but she’s old enough herself to make her own decisions, I only really side eye if the other person is much older (I’m talking like 18+ years) or one person is significantly young with someone has been an adult for awhile, like 20 and 30

Nah I agree they’re both adults and started dating as adults so there’s nothing shady about the age gap however it is cringe as fuck that yet another male actor who just turned 40 of course decided to date a model in her 20s. How original.

Yeah imo 27 is a whole ass adult and 13 years isn't that bad in that situation.

This!
I had 2 kids before I turned 25. I'm not saying it's great and everybody should do it. But that was my life. And so would ONTD say that at 27 I should have dated 27-year-olds? It might have been age appropriate, but not mind development appropriate.

Once it hits 25 I'm less concerned and more eyebrow raise

I don't think it's necessarily an unpopular opinion. Like, I agree it's fine when the younger party is old enough to (seemingly) not be taken advantage of. For me, it's more that men will continually date women significantly younger, because they really don't value women 30+ and that's the problem. It's exhausting to see it over and over.

I don't know or care about Andrew Garfield one way or the other, so I'm not* saying this about him specifically. It's the pattern that is so clearly visible that gets a big eye roll from me.

Or that they actually don't value women at all besides the aparence and what they bring to them as in an status of their masculinity so they can't even see women besides 30

im not going to call him a predator by any means but its just so fucking typical. there are plenty of single women in their late 30s but these men ALWAYS GO for the 20 year old.

Honestly, at the age, I would’ve been fine dating a 40 yr old.
