Honestly, I don’t care about movie stars, just gimme me genuinely good looking dudes leading romcoms, I’m tired of Glenn Powell looking dudes being shown as some sort of male ideal when they look like a thumb with features. A sizable portion of the people presented as hot by Hollywood are just white and skinny (and tall) and it’s annoying as fuck. I’m thirsty for HOT male representation in romcoms.

And there are always those gems that stand out just as “good” movies regardless of their genre.
I’m like you in that I don’t care really to have huge movie stars in movies - but I also do like when I see actors not afraid to dabble into multiple genres to flex their skills.
