X-Men '97 is the thing that I'm most interested in seeing this year. And, God Willing, an officially released version of both half of Sailor Moon Cosmos.
I'm not really aware of movies that are coming out. And for returning stuff, Abbott Elementary is at the top of the list. And Superman & Lois S4. I don't know if Umbrella Academy or the Sex Lives of College Girls are expected to return this year, so I'll leave them as maybes. And King of the Hill's revival is expected in 2025, so that's very unlikely, but being expected isn't the same as being confirmed, so maybe, just maybe, something will come this year.
Oh, and anything Dylan O'Brien does... I'll see. I won't necessarily say I look forward to seeing it. But the life of a stan means you support, even when you don't want to.
Well, the Megamind TV show is supposedly coming out in 2024 so says a poster in an industry magazine, so I'll just say that. I've been a Megamind fan since long before it became popular because of that stupid meme so I'm excited.
I’m still waiting to know when Old Guard 2 is dropping.
Quick skim of this list and most are ones I don’t foresee myself watching because I don’t care about the IP or whatever it is (Garfield? Pass). The ones without obvious name recognition I’ll probably find out about closer to release from ONTD.
I read somewhere that The Old Guard 2 keeps getting pushed back because of reshoots after test screenings so I'm sitting here like WTF?! But some ONTDer told me the other day they were doing test screenings in LA recently so hopefully soon.
From this post the one I'm most tentatively excited for is Fallout and that's 80% because I really like Walton Goggins and I think casting him as a ghoul was brilliant.
Me, too - although I am >.> about all the drama behind the scenes for season 2. It was shut down before the strike even happened because of the drama IIRC.
