There's a documentary on Netflix about songwriters. One of the episode is about her and she really doesn't.

Other musicians write for her and she just says what she likes and what she doesn't. A lot of artists work with collaborators, but in her case it was surprising to see how little she actually contributed.

It was just about one song, can't remember which one atm. Maybe she was more involved in other songs.

I’m a Dua fan but if you watch any interview where she talks about writing it definitely sounds like she has “ideas” and someone else is turning that into lyrics. She talks about writing very indirectly or kinda nebulously which makes me believe she is not writing her own songs without heavy collaboration.
