i have hairloss and always wear a beanie except when i swim lol
im a they/them and also ftm and even though i had the little bald spot all people born in fem bodies on egg donors' side have-- when it got large and my hair started thinning 😩💨

but even when i was desperately clinging to my hair being longer i still swam with my bald spot out lol thankfully now i just shave my head really short and feel fine with it, my head does get cold all the time tho so like i said, i'm always in a beanie, even right now lmao

anyyyyway, did he actually swim with it on lol
i tend to wear mine until i get in the water tbh but won't have it on at all if i'm in water.

i hate to say this but if you boil rosemary + ginger, let it cool, keep it in the fridge and spray it and massage it on your scalp at least once a day it helps - hate to say it because it really works but i'm too lazy to do it so i'm out here losing hair by the handful

it's so hateful because i tried it and from the very first use my hair stopped falling, too bad i'm so lazy lol
i'll try it again during summer, because spraying ice cold rosemary+ginger tea on my dome during winter is not it

i'm stoked, i'll try it on a fully shaved head and see what results i can get from this. thank you for the heads up, i've been looking for a plant-based option i could use.

I think it might be more effective with rosemary oil, but it's even more trouble because you have to dilute it in another oil or else it has the reverse effect - you can read about it here, it's scientifically proven.
I tried the rosemary oil and it just made me greasy, but the rosemary+ginger water worked.

I think it might because the resulting "tea" is really dark - my hair is almost black so i didn't notice a thing, but if yours is lighter it'll probably stain.
