Who is the neighbour who knows what a Tardis is. Who is she??!??

Overall it was a fun episode.

I'm pretty sure the neighbor has been replaced - she was originally upset about the Tardis' presence, and was mean to that one neighbor guy. But then suddenly she knows what a Tardis is and is nice to him? Definitely a fake and probable a future villain.

either way i hope we get to see Antia Dobson again as she is a delight
