- Heads of Warner Bros. Discovery & Paramount have met and are beginning discussions over a possible merger as Paramount controls CBS/MTV/VH1/Showtime and the likes of Star Trek/SpongeBob/Last Airbender/Transformers

-should they merge it would give them an even more impressive library

-biggest thing they're working out would be their film studios

-no word on a potential name...ParaWarner Discovery? WBPD? Discovery Warners Paramount?
