Hilary Duff has announced that she and husband Matthew Koma are expecting their third child together, her fourth. The baby will join siblings Luca (11), Banks (5), and Mae (2).

No, I think they were just mentioning other celebs who happen to live in Austin in the second paragraph (Jensen Ackles has mentioned repeatedly over the years that he got the Covid vaccines and was a big proponent of the third when that was first offered as an option).

(and while they still have a house and business in Austin, based on what his aunt implied on Twitter when the news first broke, it also sounds like the Ackles' move to Connecticut was to get the kids the fuck out of dodge with everything going down in Texas in regards to schools/libraries, etc.)
