Since Majors' lawyer is a total dumbass old text messages between Majors and the victim Grace Jabbari were entered into evidence today
In it they discussed an incident that happened six months before the incident the trial is about
- In September 2022 he injured her head so severe that she could not sleep and had to take pain killers
- he told her that she can't go to the emergency room bc they would ask questions and if she would go he would kill himself
- the prosecutors also claim to have additional pictures of Jabbari's injuries from that incident as well as medical records
- Grace Jabbari had an ex partner who died by suicide, something Majors would've known since his lawyer brought it up in her cross examination of Jabbari
- the texts were ruled admissible bc Majors's lawyer pushed too much in the cross examination and the judge wanted more context
