A fourth victim has come forward and filed a lawsuit against Combs alleging that in 2003, [sensitive content]Diddy, his longtime lieutenant Harve Pierre, and a third unidentified man gang raped a high school student inside the bathroom of his recording studio in Manhattan . The lawsuit says that she was trafficked across state lines and plied with “copious amounts of drugs and alcohol.” At the time of the alleged incident, Combs was 34 and the victim was a 17 year old high school junior. She is the fourth woman to accuse him of sexual assault in the past three weeks.
Jane Doe said she met Bad Boy president Harve Pierre and the third man at a lounge in Detroit. Pierre complimented her appearance and told her that he was best friends with Combs and that Combs would want to meet her. He called Combs so that Combs could invite her to come to New York. He flew her to New Jersey on a private plane and then she was brought to Combs' recording studio where she was given intoxicants and then Combs, Pierre, and a third man groped her.
[sensitive content]Combs then took her into the bathroom and raped her. At one point, he told her that he could not orgasm unless she pinched his nipples as hard as she could. The third man then raped her while Combs sat in a chair and watched. At this point, she was coming in and out of consciousness. She told the third man to stop but he ignored her. This was followed by Pierre raping her and “violently forcing her to give him oral sex.” Afterward, she fell into the fetal position and lay on the floor. She could barely stand up and had to be helped to walk out of the building and into a car. She was taken to the airport and flown back to Michigan.
The filing includes multiple color photos allegedly taken inside Daddy’s House Recording Studio that night, including one where the teenager is sitting on Combs’ lap.
The previous three lawsuits were filed under New York's Adult Survivors Act, which allowed alleged victims of sexual abuse a one-year period to file civil suits for offenses beyond the typical statute of limitations. The first was filed by his ex-girlfriend Cassie and then settled out of court. The second was filed by Joi Dickerson-Neal who accused him of drugging and sexually assaulting her when she was a college student in 1991. A third lawsuit was filed by a victim who said Combs and singer Aaron Hall [sensitive content]raped her and a friend at an afterparty then a few days later showed up at the house where she was staying and choked her until she passed out because he was afraid she would tell his girlfriend what had happened.
The deadline to file a lawsuit under New York's Adult Survivors Act was November 24. The fourth victim has filed her lawsuit under New York's Victims of Gender-Motivated Violence Act, which created a two-year “lookback” window for civil claims that previously fell outside the statute of limitations. Lawsuits under this act must be filed by March 2025. The 14 page lawsuit filed by the fourth victim is available to view in full at the source.
There was another lawsuit filed against Pierre under the Adult Survivors Act by his former executive assistant who alleged that he groomed, harassed, and sexually assaulted her on numerous occasions in 2016 and 2017.
