Youtuber hbomberguy has put out lengthy video essay at almost 4 hours long calling out some prominent YouTubers for blatant plagiarism such as;

• AVGN and his company Cinemassacre
• Iilluminaughtii
• Internet Historian
• James Somerton
• And many more

hbomberguy mainly focused on the plagiarism, toddintheshadows's video is about Somerton's blatant and often harmful lies. He's a piece of shit.

So glad Iilluminaughtii's abusive, pro Debt ass is being exposed too.

the Howard Ashman quotes Todd put in this video and corrected are especially galling because DisneyWar directly brings up how Disney specifically dispatched a production unit to New York so Ashman could see through production on Beauty and the Beast and keep working on Aladdin in addition to that correction Todd brings up about Jeffrey Katzenburg arranging for Ashman’s partner to attend/accept the Oscar and give a speech.

Disney never forgot Howard Ashman, and it’s an especially fucked up thing to say in order to big up Bob Iger and his version of the company as corporate allies of the year (especially confusing as to why he credits Bob Iger with so much? just to tear Chapek down?)

The fact that Iger is currently running around dog whistling that Disney will be dialing back diversity makes the decision to paint him as some kind of progressive behind the scenes even worse.

that's how i came across hbomb's video. i listen to his podcast with alina morgan (love her) and watch his year end reviews. i thought it was really weird to see him do something non-music related.

I use to love her videos but her pro Depp vids are what made me question her research and analytical skills. She claimed to have watched the entire trial but regardless of who's side she's on, she should have commented on the absolute circus that the media has made over it and all the stuff going viral across all sm if she's as thorough as she claims to be in her past videos. I'm still flabbergasted that Depp's team being in possession of the stenographer's laptop FOR HOURS and her being photographed with him that very night is not bigger news; how tf is that not at all suspicious??

she made a video well before the trial started, and i could tell whose side she was on based on the title of the video. i'm not surprised to hear she made more videos. everyone on youtube and tiktok tried to profit from amber's pain, belittling and mocking every single thing caught on camera or by paparazzi during the course of the trial. that trial should never have been live streamed.

It shouldn't have been live streamed but the bigger issue is all of Amber's relevant evidence being blocked, but meanwhile, Depp bringing Kate Moss in to confirm that Depp didn't push her down the stairs was fine???

The point wasn't whether or not he actually pushed Kate Moss; the point was that the rumour of it was so ubiquitous in Hollywood that Amber's immediate instinct was to get him away from her sister when they were both standing on top of the stairs. It was driving me nuts how badly her legal team failed her here. The longer the trial went on, the more it felt like her team completely lost the plot. This was a DEFAMATION case ffs, not a domestic abuse case. It's complete bullshit that all the stuff in the UK trial couldn't be used as evidence since it was relevant to Depp being an abuser.
