Yeah, I don't buy laptops anymore, but I have an external and portable disc drive since I set up my desktop how I like it. I had a disc drive on it that I had since like 2007 (I kept reusing it) until maybe 3 years ago when I did an upgraded to my case without a slot.

I mean, yes, but the majority of people aren't buying disc burners. Considering a lot of people tend to buy laptops like Macs that are pretty set.

Which is the whole point of my comment. People just like things that are easy and they aren't buying external stuff, unless you are really into disc burners/media etc.

tbh I shared that mainly bc up until like two years ago I didn't know external drives and burners are so cheap now
