The SAG-AFTRA strike against the AMPTP is finally over. Let's look at some of the requirements that the AMPTM now have to obey by:

• Secured informed consent & fair compensation required for the creation & use of digital replicas for performers & background actors.
• For an employment-based digital replica, actors will be paid the equivalent to the payment if they did the work themselves.
• Assures background actors are actually hired & not replaced by AI, adding that no digital replica can be used to evade payment of a background actor.
• Sets must have proper hair & makeup services for all performers, including those with diverse & textured hair & complexions.
• Requirement for intimacy coordinators present for scenes involving nudity & simulated sex.
