The BBC has announced that Doctor Who will return with its first special of the year, titled "The Star Beast," on November 25. "Wild Blue Yonder" will follow on December 2nd, with "The Giggle" rounding out the trio of specials on December 9. Internationally, the episodes will release on Disney+.
Earlier this week, the official Doctor Who accounts shared that filming has started on the second series starring Ncuti Gatwa as the Doctor. Series 14, his first series in the role, completed filming earlier this year. Gatwa's first full episode is expected (though not confirmed) to air on Christmas Day.
