I thought ep 7 was the last for S2 (I looked up the dates for when episodes come out and they stopped on Oct 19/ep7) and thought that was a weird place to leave the characters. 🤣
Weird pacing and one and done characters I didn't want to be one and done but I liked basically everything about the 2 eps.
Yeah the pacing has been weird this season which has thrown me off. I feel like the season is still gonna end by slamming into a brick wall at full speed.
I really wish they would have it set up to be a series finale just in case but with how this season has been going i can't see anything but it just be ending in the middle of something without tying up ends. I hope they get their planned 3rd season though since that was the original plan all along. A three season arc. This season has just been so fast!
i saw a snippet somewhere of jenkins saying that they didn't leave s2 on a cliffhanger like s1 just in case... but i can't remember the source i'll have to look
It reminds me of the Peacekeeper Wars miniseries of Farscape where they legit tried to cram all of a planned 22 episode season 5 of Farscape into 4 hours including commercials and it was just chaos.
But i am finishing episode 7 now and the whole Jim/Archie/Olu/Zhang thing is annoying to me because they just sped things up so fast that they missed a LOT of development of all that.

I wish they had just dropped the eps week to week this season. But the pacing within each ep has been off/weird, not just the eps themselves.
