Isn’t she a nepo baby herself? That would mean being self aware and critical of things that she’s always benefited from.

Every career field has nepotism. I work with people whose parents, grandparents, aunts, uncles, all work or worked in the same building. No doubt the nepobabies at my work got a bit of an advantage when they interviewed. But it’s also the type of work where no matter who you’re related to, if you aren’t cutting it, you aren’t cutting it.
