It is crazy. Lauren wasn't the best singer, wasn't the best performer and wasn't the nicest to fans. 1d fans like to say they loved Louis because he made interviews fun but Lauren didn't do that either. She falls in like the middle to last place in every single list. Just popular because she was a pretty white girl to ship Camila with lol

It was definitely based on looks, I know Lauren said stuff about how the shipping made her uncomfortable and annoyed her but did Camila ever say anything?

She did like once during 5h but that was it. Camila was a big 1d fan and knew about Larry so I feel like she was comfortable playing it up and so it didn't bother her as much.

Meanwhile it's 2023 and Lauren just blocked a camren shipper a few days ago who was making AI photos of her and camila together. I think it will always bother her.

I mean Liam was kind of an afterthought and that's sorta what Ally was. Normani I guess would be the Zayn and idk all that is left is Dinah as Niall but I don't know if Dinah was as beloved by 5H stans like Niall was. All I remember from the 5H days was that they didn't like each other that much and that people were obsessed with Lauren and Camila being in love with each other.

They did like each other for years. It's just towards the end things got messy lol. Dinah and Camila were best friends. Dinah said camila was the best thing that ever happened to her and was serious.
