Getting on an SSRI and getting into therapy is one of the best things I ever did.

Speaking of therapy though, I have an appointment tomorrow and I had told my therapist that I was going to take yesterday off of work as one of my floating holidays…. And then I didn’t. She is going to be Disappointed in me. Lol I just know it. Apparently I don’t take enough time off of work to take care of myself. (My accrued over 200 hours of PTO might confirm that. Lol)

Same. I still have relapses, but getting help for them is so much easier now I've been through it a few times. Going through a rough patch atm, but starting therapy again on Friday. Woop woop.

Overworking and not taking PTO is an avoidance tactic is what I have learned. Please take your PTO if only to sit alone with yourself and just be and feel things.
