Lmao for a couple reasons. One bc this is hardly “sticking herself into Taylor’s dating situation” by sharing a meme and two, as if people sticking themselves into her dating situation isn’t exactly what she wants and isn’t exactly what every single person is doing. Every celeb is tweeting about this, from the actress making instagram videos talking about “leave them alone and let us enjoy this!” And Hilarie Burton talking about “it’s so special that a man wants to bring you to work with him #kelceswift!”

That's the way I interpret it. I actually work on climate science and there should be an entire department at my agency working on this, not just me in my spare time. More attention, more funding, more resources. It's pretty hard to get people as pumped to find solutions to seawater intrusion in coastal aquifers as they are in speculation about Taylor Swift's love life.

The interest wouldnt be anywhere near this high and I have no idea why anyone thinks otherwise. Taylor has dated a lot of people. People only care because this knucklehead got her attention ~romantically, and then also sports is well, sports. This is the clashing of two types of entertainment. If she dated a scientist, her fans would fawn, but the news wouldnt give a shit.
