I said in a post a few months ago that Pratt was going to stop acting and try to go into politics eventually so that's my guess, but leaving a Schwarzenegger before trying to get in CA politics is not the move so idk

Same thing I was grappling with unless something happened that guaranteed he wouldn't have a viable political career (i.e. some insider info from dad in law or some shit) AND he had that whole "MouseRat" band thing for Parks and Rec.

I'm leaning Pratt. I think he's also not quite dedicated to politics as much when it's not serving him and tbh its really not atm.

It seems he didn't get the come up he was hoping for by hitching himself to Katherine.

He does seem really invested in how “A List” he perceived to be. GOTG made him a household name, but his non Marvel work has not been the blockbusters he wanted them to be. He gets voiceover work in successful movies, but he’s usually cited as the worst part of the movie. Add that in with his incessant pouting over being the deemed worst Chris, he just has a really thin skin, and is probably really bothered that his career and reputation is not what he wants it to be.

It's actually BECAUSE she's a tradwife I'm leaning him because theyre the ones who tend to be first discarded for the reasons they were "picked"-- no longer useful 😕

I would agree about Hemmy but for that whole "I'll just discard my wife cause it's not working for my career" thing Pratt has done and his quick pivots to remain "relevant"
