Season 2 of Loki is only a few short days away, and while Hiddles and Co still cannot really get out there and promote, the MCU marketing has been working in overdrive with
behind-the-scenes videos and
little promotional spots. (This comes after Secret Invasion kinda came, shit the bed and left, so Disney is likely eager to release the emergency Hiddleston). New character OB, played by Oscar-winning legend Ke Huy Quan (who is getting raves for his performance btw) also got his own clip:

September 29, 2023 In other news, Variety released an interview with EP Kevin Wright today, who discussed the possibility of a season 3 (doesn't seem to be in the pipeline but is apparently left open-ended) and whether we'll see the damn sun ever shine on Thor and Loki again (a priority apparently, but MCU is always gonna MCU so I never trust). Importantly, Jonathan Majors' arrest, and it's effect, or lackthereof, on season 2 was covered:
A
#Loki EP explains why Jonathan Majors' arrest didn't impact Season 2: "It's the first Marvel series to not have additional photography. The story on screen is the one we set out to make... It felt hasty to do anything without knowing how this plays out."

October 3, 2023 In short, as Loki S2 had no reshoots and was in the can well before the arrest, it is what it is. (One would assume, or hope, that Disney and Feige are monitoring the situation closely and will see the Multiverse/Variant aspect of Kang as an easy recasting excuse down the track, although...god, who even knows anymore, it's Disney ffs)
In other other news, while review embargo doesn't lift until tomorrow, the social media embargo is done and show is getting some great reactions across the board. FYI, the first four episodes were screened, so it seems Disney is pretty confident in the show. A small selection from some randos:
#Loki Season 2 rules.
The first 4 episodes have a thrilling time-traveling mystery and charm. Some of the TVA sci-fi jargon is hard to follow. The cast is tremendous together. The sets are great. Overall, it’s awesome.
Hoping Episodes 5 & 6 stick the landing!

October 3, 2023 #LOKI Season 2 is STELLAR and a finely tuned tale that wastes no time getting back into action. I’ve seen 4 episodes and Tom Hiddleston & Owen Wilson are once again a perfect pair, but it’s Ke Huy Quan who delightfully steals the show. It may be Marvel’s finest season of TV yet.

October 3, 2023 Loki season 2 is a major return to form for Marvel Shows. After MCU misfires, it gives us a transcendent season that'll satisfy fans of all kinds. The third episode is must-watch TV. Ke Huy Quan is magnificent, alongside more amazing work as Loki from Tom Hiddleston.

October 3, 2023 ONTD, are you excited to see the fandom war between Loki/Mobius and Loki/Sylvie shippers start up again, making my timeline unbearable?
