It is a sad day when two attention seekers can't make it work.

I enjoy the circle of her proposing to him and then filing for the divorce - first one in, first one out. 🤣🤣

Not a comment on anything about her, bc I don't know her at all or what went into this relationship... but I don't like how nude she looks in that first image next to a suited man

i agree. that is a recurrent theme in film, television and photography which i really dislike.

I’m p sure she is nude, it looks like they took the photos when her hair was done but before she got dressed for the event

I mean....she's literally naked in that picture lol. That's the point. That's what they wanted.

I don't trust any relationship that starts with the woman proposing. Fuck all that "girl power" bs people push on that, if he doesn't care enough to do it/doesn't love you more than you love him, run!

In a perfect world women get to propose as often as men. Our current society isn't set up for marriage to benefit women at the same rate as men, so nah, will never catch me on a knee asking.

This too. They get all the benefits, they need to put SOMETHING in!

I think this sentiment is only true if you're in a traditional hetero "Great Gender Roles and Expectations" type relationship. I will be the one to propose to my bf but we've been together almost a decade and have both been through the whole marriage thing before. It was my suggestion and my thinking was "well, we've already done it the traditional way, so let's try something new this time!" I am getting really excited thinking of picking out a ring and finding the right moment to propose. It's actually really fun to experience the other side of it, keeping them on their toes while planning a special surprise is genuinely just a really fun thing to do for your partner.

Yeah I’m not traditional in like 80% of ways but one thing I would diiiie befofe doing is asking my maaam to marry me.

And he’s not asking my dad for permission either and if he does he better ask my momma too..AT THE SAME TIMEz but let’s be honest if he’s my man- he already won’t do this cause he’ll know me

Agreed. Having a discussion about it is something I wish was talked about more. It's a big choice and one of the last things I'd want to be put on the spot for.

I feel this. My brother's fiancee proposed to him and I was like gorl. Make him do the work!
