yeah and going off the tweets he sent like a decade ago (so tbf he could have easily grown and changed his views), i wonder if it was hard mentally to put that much on. even though it’s not really noticeable at all imo.

and again just want to clarify i’m not saying that’s how he feels now. and i do think it’s easier to change your negative views of others (overweight ppl in this case) while still internalizing that stuff about yourself so i just wonder if it’s hard for him since he seems/seemed? to love fitness and having a good body

and yeah i mean i do think it's hard for most, if not all, of them considering society and hollywood standards. but the tweets felt like projection of his own body image issues so i was just commenting that it could have especially been a struggle to do that. but again, i know that was a long time ago and he could have that all worked out now

I know that Christian Bale said he can't keep doing the yo-yo roles because it could damage his heart in the long run. Going from The Machinist where he was less than 100 pounds to Batman Begins where he was nearly 200 pounds in such a short amount of time. Absolutely insane.
